Dispatch Times

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. Orders containing pre-orders will be shipped once the entirety of the order is available to ship.

Local Delivery

Free local delivery is available for orders over £20 within 5km

Deliveries are made from 5pm-9pm Monday to Friday and between 10am-5pm on Weekends (subject to change). We will contact you via email with the email address you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.

Once an agreed date/time has been made 1 delivery attempt will be made. If nobody is available to receive the order at this time then Local Pick-Up will be required. If another order is made it may be possible to combine both orders for another local delivery with the original order at our discretion.

Failure to collect 90 days from date of order will result in a refund being processed.

Local Pick-Up

You will be notified via email of a suitable collection slot within 1-3 business days of your order. Collections slots will be arranged between 4pm-6pm Monday to Friday and between 10am-5pm on Weekends (subject to change).
